• Marine Collagen: Filling, strengthening, sealing.
• Vegetable Glycerin: Moisturizing, emollient, protective.
• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): Antioxidant, protective.
• Linoleic Acid (Vitamin F): Anti-dullness, nourishing.
• Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (Vitamin C): Protective, illuminating.
• Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5): Strengthening, moisturizing, gives shine.

Directions for Use: Apply to clean eyelashes or eyebrows at the root. Apply twice a day.
