Neutralising is a fixing cream+ used during eyelash lamination to fix the new curl of the eyelashes obtained with Lifting Cream (step 1).
This neutralising cream gently curves the lashes without damaging them, the lashes appear healthier and shinier.
With its special formulation, it strengthens, moisturises and softens the lashes.
Application times: 1/2 the application time of the first step plus 2 minutes.

Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Alcohol, Hydrogen peroxide, Lauryl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Ceteareth-30, Phosphoric Acid, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Stannate.
